wth, i explained to tis patient wad's service express

after lik ALOT OF EFFORT, she FINAlly gt it n she complained loudly tt my explanation sux and tt i must change n yada yada yada.

how come everyone (even old women) can understand me but she cannot?

obviously smt is wrong wif her brain rite?

i almost rolled my eyes n retort: im sry u're so stupid u cant understand while everyone else can.

but i stopped myself n only said a loud SRY.

it was meant to b sarcastic but it came out sounding sincere.

o wells, i cant help being so well mannered XD

and today, i jus accepted e apologies of a nurse who was rude to me ytd.

end up today ANOTHER nurse is rude to me.

wth, all i did was pass her a form n ask for a sticky label. she kept quiet so i followed her to make sure i gt wad i nd.

then she v irritated n scold me, saying she's so bz n wadever >_>

wth, i seriously think i dont deserve tt! i was jus doing my job ok? later if e patient become angry, then it's none of my buisness le :/
